This offering is an exploration into understanding how soul loss can occur, not just from a traumatic event but all the little ways we have been conditioned to give our power away.
 
Once there is an understanding, a deep look within, we can proceed to do something about it! You will be guided in a meditation and a shamanic journey to gain clarity, a better understanding of yourself and your next steps.

In this special circle, we will focus on the links between ourselves and our lineage, and how that is affecting our daily lives as well as our coping mechanisms—how we care for and support ourselves and our relationships to love, money, and security and more. You do not need to know your genealogy or even have an active relationship with your family to do this work. When we make the space, our guides will come. And it is often easier to hear and feel them in an energetic container such as this one.

This energy healing will be given as you hold several Yin style poses in order to help release the connective tissues of the body, enhancing the flow of life force energy.
