Going home for the holidays can be a lot, even if you are looking forward to it. Old familial dynamics, dealing with crowds while traveling or attending events, heightened emotions during the holidays - this season can be a lot for anyone to manage, but especially for those who are highly sensitive and empathic. This is a workshop in which you will learn an array of energetic protection and clearing techniques for your empowerment and comfort. It is informational AND experiential ~ you will receive a full energetic clearing in addition to gaining new tools to come back home to yourself. For beginners and advanced folks alike ~ there is something for everyone!
